Coaching combined with a customized training plan. We’ll determine your current fitness and create an adaptable plan that works for your lifestyle to reach your running goals.

- Initial 45 minute onboarding video call
- Customized training plan delivered in monthly increments (PDF)
- Ability to adjust the plan on the fly
- Weekly coaching communication via email/text/DM
- Unlimited email/text/DM communication as needed
- Monthly 45 minute video call for progress review/planning
- Running form, cross-training, strength training and fueling guidance
- Race Day Strategy Prep Video Call (covering fueling, pacing, mental strategies, etc.)
