One-on-One Virtual Coaching – $125/month (3 month min.)

Coaching combined with a customized training plan. We’ll determine your current fitness and create an adaptable plan that works for your lifestyle to reach your running goals.

  • Detailed athlete questionnaire
  • Initial 45 minute onboarding video call
  • Customized training plan delivered in monthly increments (PDF)
  • Ability to adjust the plan on the fly
  • Weekly coaching communication via email/text/DM
  • Unlimited email/text/DM communication as needed
  • Monthly 45 minute video call for progress review/planning
  • Running form, cross-training, strength training and fueling guidance
  • Race Day Strategy Prep Video Call (covering fueling, pacing, mental strategies, etc.)
